1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
- You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
1.2 Shipping Rates & Destination Estimates
- We provide Free Shipping to the United States and European countries, excluding remote regions and islands.
- United States Delivery Time: Estimated 3-5 business days.
- Europe Delivery Time: Estimated 3-5 business days.
- Remote Regions Note: Extra shipping fees or restrictions may apply to remote addresses (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military bases in the US, and overseas territories or isolated islands in Europe). If your address falls into these zones, we will contact you before processing the order.
1.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- SUNTEK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
2.2 Return Process

- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you return an item due to buyer's remorse or sizing preferences, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- Please provide clear photo or video evidence in your email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
4. Refunds
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
