Return Eligibility

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

1. Return Process

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you return an item due to buyer's remorse or sizing preferences, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damages and Issues
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • Please provide clear photo or video evidence in your email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
4. Refunds
  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
