FAQs
Hedge trimmer doesn't work.
CAUSE
· The battery pack is not installed
·The battery pack fails to connect with the hedge trimmer.
·The battery pack is depleted.
· Either battery pack or hedge trimmer is overheated.
·The front and rear triggers are not pressed simultaneously.
·The blade is jammed.
SOLUTION
· Install the battery pack.
·Reconnect the battery pack with the hedge trimmer.
·Charge the battery pack.
·Remove the battery pack and wait until their temperature drops below 60℃.
·Press the lock-off button first and then press the triggers in the front and rear handle simultaneously.
·Remove the battery pack,clean the
debris and reinstall it,and then restart the hedge trimmer.
Excessive vibration or strange sounds.
CAUSE
·Dry or corroded blades.
·Bent blades or blade support.
·Bent or damaged teeth.
·Loose blade bolts.
SOLUTION
·Lubricate the blades according to the “LUBRICATING THE BLADE”section in this manual.
·Replace with a new blade or support.
